As the world evolves with the transformation of technology, equally issues that affect young people in youth clubs/organization also evolves too. That simply means that for us to be relevant with our training content design we should take into consideration that well-designed and well-run youth development
programs promote youth leadership by involving youth in needs assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Young people attended the training that took place at Apollo Hotel Gauteng for 5 days. This is the fifth installment of a Cluster Training for the youth of South Africa. In this training that took place from the 17th –21 April 2023 we had young people from Free State Northern Cape, Northwest, Mpumalanga, and Gauteng. The training is primarily on running your organization effectively.

The modules delivered included Finance,VMOSA, NPC Compliance, Branding and ProjectManagement this also included a component of Master Classes of each facilitated session. Our facilitators for the training are our in-house trainers from the Programmes Department, namely Bongani Mnisi, and Teboho Kwenda.
