This meeting is normally held within the last quarter of the year. It allows and provides members with an opportunity to engage closely with the organization and its leadership, to share with members what has transpired during the year, and what to look forward to in the upcoming year. During these meetings members, in return, communicate and forward their comments and recommendations to the organization.
